The Plan:I had been planning out how I was going to do it for weeks. I enlisted the help of Nikki (a friend and teacher at Lynns school) who would be able to arrange things for me from the inside. My plan was to have Lynn's 1st grade class help me in my proposal. I got the idea from "Meet the Parents", Ben Stiller had her class hold up signs in the window asking her to marry him before it was interupted my a phone call from her sister announcing her own engagement. I knew that I could never get a hold of her class without Lynn knowing, so I though what if I got them involved during 1 of their specials class. I asked Nikki about it and she quickly though of the Art class being the ideal way to go. Nikki then talked to Tanya (the art teacher) who said she would do it. Tanya had to do a bit of rescheduling with Lynn so that timing and dates could work out. Lynn had no idea that she had to change days because she was going to get proposed. Tanya actually helped the kids (Lynn's students) make signs that when held together would ask her to marry me. The kids weren't aware of that part, they just thought they were making neat letters. Everything was pretty much ready to go, signs made, scheduling done, all that was left was to wait.
